Our welded products are treated with an unfaltering attention to detail. Each sheet
of PVC and is cut to size before being placed together by hand. The perfectly placed board and PVC are then sent through the high frequency brass and aluminium welding tool.

There are over 1000 welding tools in the factory for as many jobs, but the skilled toolmakers who work on site will create a bespoke tool if any job requires.
